For those who been watching a few of my recent videos, you'll probably notice that I bleeped out the profanity I use and censored some of the adult content featured (i.e. TRIBALCHILD TV: Kill la Kill Review). There are two reasons for doing as such. One reason, YouTube has recently change its content policy, mainly for monetized content in form of Advertiser-Friendly Guidelines. According to the YouTube Help page, in which explain it's Ad-friendly guildlines, content that is considered "not advertiser-friendly" includeds, if not limited to:
Several YouTube Content creators, including fellow Dynasty member, Sonic the Ghetto Hog Productions, isn't too happy with these new guidelines as ranted in the video below... (NSFW: Language) Like the head of the Ghetto-Hog Nation, none of my content has been effected by the sudden and unfavorable change of policy. Additionally, I find it unfair for content creators like Cinemasscre, J.I. Mathers, and others known for their profane language and adult humor to have their content demonetized because they are not ad-friendly. If YouTube total disregard for fair-use isn't bad enough, but also "freedom of speech."
However, that is not the primary reason why I decided to censored my recent videos. The main reason is that more of more of my family members, including my mother and younger siblings, became aware of my content and my earliest work isn't actually family friendly. So I felt is necessary to censored some of my future content for the sake of my family and younger viewers. However, not every single video I'll release in the future will be censored. Any future video that will not be "edited for content" will be age-restricted via Restriction mode. Depending on the feedback will determine the way I upload videos for YouTube. So what you all think of my decision to censored my recent content? Should I keep it clean or go back to making them uncut? Let me know in the comments... `;P

Given YouTube's strict copyright policies, it comes to no surprised that the TRIBALCHILD TV Season 3 Finale, where I review Kill la Kill, has been blocked in four countries, including the United States. First time around, I edit the first part of the video and change the pitch of the audio. When I uploaded it the second time, I still get a copyright notice and get block. Naturally, I was disappointed that YouTube's ContentID feature don't recongized "fair use." After trying twice with no prevail, I filed a dispute claiming that the video follows the ground of fair use. As of this blog, I have not recieved any word on the status of my blocked video. I even made a video addressing the unfortunate news, which you can watch below if you haven't done so on the main page already... NOTE: The video explaining why the Kill la Kill review was blocked has since been removed. If you didn't catch that later half of the video, you can watch the uncensored version on my Patreon page, in which is available to everybody, not just my patrons. Until my claim gets resolved on YouTube, my Patreon would be the only place to watch my review, which can be seen here: https://www.patreon.com/posts/tribalchild-tv-3-6880271 That is all, for now. Keep in lock here and ADTC social media for updates. Now it's avaliable for all to see on YouTube!!
Watch it right now: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=To3IUyUJYIg Good news and bad news time!
Good News: Both the Patreon and YouTube versions of the TRIBALCHILD TV season finale where I review Kill la Kill are now complete, finally. Bad News: Unfortunately, it took a vast amount of time to upload the Patreon version to Sendvid where I upload the majority of my Patreon content, only to come across and error in uploading TWICE. And the YouTube version, given it's 1.9 GB size, it'll take some time for it to upload on YouTube. With both inconvenient obstacles that I'm facing, I may have to push back a few upcoming releases to ensure the availability of both videos. If Sendvid continues to give me problems uploading the Kill la Kill review and future uploads, I may have to resort to using a different video streaming website (recommendations are welcomed in the comments). I currently have no final release date on both videos yet, but they will be sometime this week. Also as far as the Patreon version of the TRIBALCHILD TV season finale which is the UNCENSORED version, it'll be avaliable for all to see as an reward for everybody's patience. Stay tuned and keep it lock for updates... `;P As you can tell by the constantly updated website, I'm slowing building myself back together. Recently, I made the not-so-difficult choice to resign from one of my paying jobs and keeping the other to make time for myself, my social life and of course making content. With the resignation of my morning and weekend retail gig (in which I regret applying there in the first place), I have more time getting back to making content with the free time I'm having, plus I miss having free weekends. So what's to come...? As I continue to progressing back to my regularly scheduled productivity time, there will be allot of changes in and outside ADTC Productions. In regards to my content, I'll just be working one video at a time and the same goes for any current and future collaborations. TRIBALCHILD TV SEASON 3 The very long-overdue two episodes to close out TRIBALCHILD TV's third season: The DragonBall Z Double Movie Review and the Kill la Kill Review. I'm currently working on the DBZ Double Movie Review as you're reading this blog. You can follow the progress on the reorganized Updated Releases page (in which I'll explain in detail below). My current plan is too release both episodes on Patreon and a week after on YouTube before the end of August so I can go ahead and start production on the fourth season. TRIBALCHILD TV Season 4 As stated in my Chage of Plans blog from March, the episode that were originally going to be in the third season will be pushed back to season four, in which is slated for later in the fall of this year. In addition to the five of the seven episodes there will be new episodes including some new reactions, my review of the first (and, for the time being, the only) season of the hit anime One Punch Man, and a 3-part review of the 2016 summer movies. For information in the coming weeks. ADTC Website's New Look and Pages If you haven't look thoroughly at the newly-designed ADTC Website, I made several changes in addition to the new look as well as the new and improved Upcoming Releases.. As you can see here, rather than having estimated release dates for all upcoming content like I did in the past, you can now see what project I'm currently working on. When the video is at 100% completion, it'll now have a day on when it'll be posted on my Patreon page follow by a YouTube version a week after. As always, the release day of each of my content can change at anytime so keep it lock into the ADTC Productions website and on social media for details.
And How am I doing? Honestly, I never felt better. After making some much need arrangements with my sources of income which leads to some much need free time, it feels like a huge weight has been lifted on my shoulders. For all my fans and supporters that stuck by me during this season-long hiatus, I thank you once again for you patience. I feel like I let you all down and willing to go from Hell to high water to make it all up to you. I am just thankful for things slowing getting back to normal. And why mess up a good thing? That's all for now. Stay tuned for more updates in the coming days. Until then, keep it lock! Note: The views and options in this blog are only my own and it does not reflect those of Fine Bros. Entertainment, in which does not sponsor or endorse ADTC Productions.
Three months has passed since Fine Bros. Entertainment took a massive blow with the announcement of React World in which resulted in the loss over 250,000 subscribers on YouTube. With the brothers trademarking their "React" brand and the React World program itself, in which let's viewers grant content creators the license to create their own versions of the React shows), fans of the once-popular channel did not take it too well. After weeks Bennie and Ralf Fine doing damage control, apologizing, and even discontinuing the React World (in which let's viewers grant content creators the license to create their own versions of the React shows), the damage was already done. While thing's at Fine Bros. Entertainment are seem to be "back to normal," the scars from their damaged reputation remains. Despite the backlash, The Fine Bros. YouTube Channel still have over 13 million subscribers. Looking back to the FBE's fall from grace back in January back when React World was announced, I understand the anger of most viewers as far as copyrighting "React" and rumored lawsuits, but was the negative feedback really justifiable? In my honest option, I believe what hit FBE the hardest was the copyright the term "React" and the overreaction (no pun intended, by the way) of the YouTube audience as well as content creators who make reaction videos. Probably the biggest misconception is that with React World and the copyright situation, FBE want to make the reaction format as their own. The reality is, that the copyright only applies to the "React" Brand (Teens React, Elders React, etc.), not to take over or shut down reaction videos as their own. And what's worst, any content that FBE released after React World was announced was slammed with a high number of dislikes (by bitter former FBE viewers and mostly internet trolls). In other words, FBE's only intention was to own the intelliculal property rights of their "React" brand and not reaction videos as a format. After discontinuing React World and voluntarily resigned the "React" trademarks, the content and support slowly gain back to normal for The Fine Bros. but possibly will never regain it's once-popularity. We live in the society where we use to internet to attack (or in this case, troll), anyone and anything behind a computer. While the FBE hate come to no surprise, neither does the hate they've received without even "getting over it." Like celebrities, politicians and known fighters, internet personalities, including the content creators on YouTube, will received backlash in one way or the other. Some take the logical route and stop supporting them all together, while many others send out petty hate just out of spite or just to troll at their expense. While Benny and Ralf are at fault for not making the now-defunct React World clear to its viewers and supporters, there are other things to be angry about. Who what do you all think? Does the Fine Bros. deserve another change? Are you over the React World debacle? Or is it really the case of guilty until proven guilty? I want to read your thoughts in the comments... The last five years as a content creator for ADtheTribalChild Productions has been one hell of a journey. Not the most "smooth sailing" of journeys mind you, but a journey nonetheless. I honestly though I'd be burned out making YouTube videos at the half way point. Initially, I started making videos as a hobby back in my college years and when MySpace was a "thing."
Before graduating from Cincinnati State, my younger brother El introduced me to YouTube. After making vlogs on MySpace and eventually Facebook, I decided to give YouTube a shoot under the name "DreadZeppelin1" (the number was included due to the name was taken by the reggae-skit Led Zeppelin cover band of the same name). Then boredom kicked in and took down the channel after only a year, but I didn't stop making videos though. Fast forward to 2010, long after I graduated from college and burned out from MySpace, I've been watching more and more YouTube videos. At the time, I was amaze of how much original content there are that isn't a movie/TV clip or AMV. After much though, I decided to open another YouTube account under ADtheTribalChild and there it began with my first series, TRIBALCHILD TV. Normally, this is the part where I say "and the rest is history." Turns out, I learned allot from becoming a content creator and it takes more than just making a video with a camera and call it a day. I learned from the videos I watch of the tool of the trade in making videos like using a video editing software, how to edit and balance sounds, adding my own overlays and effects and that's just name a few. I also had a chance to work with some talented content creators including Steven Page (Balena Productions), TheDragonSuperfan (formally TheDragonSuperman), William Smith (Sonic the Ghetto-Hog Productions), Coodoo17, Richard Hunter (DJ U.N.C.L.E.), Lawrence Glimer (LG) and many others. Eventually, I've been recruited to the "best network in the league," The Dynasty Network, and I owe them plenty to help spread the world of ADTC Productions. Despite personal problems and working between two jobs, it hasn't been an easy road for me especially as of late. Still, if I can turn back time to when I starting making video blogs to meeting and networking great people to setting many milestones on my YouTube channel, I would not change a thing. That said, thanks to my friends, networking partners, collaborators, viewers and subscribers who stick with me for the past five years of my YouTube journey. Here's to another 5 years. Cheers! Just to let you all know, I'm still alive but currently in a bit of a predicament money-wise. Long story short, my weekly paid job is now shorter and I have to relay on my morning job which pays bi-weekly, I lost my phone and have to buy a new one, and on top of that I have to pawn my camcorder again to cover a few bills.
Which leads me to be the bearer of bad news once again. Since I'm currently without a camera once again, the last two episodes of this season's TRIBALCHILD TV will be pushed back to later this month (if not early next month in May) . How ever both my 5th Anniversary Retrospective and 100th Video Special are still set for this later this month. The 5th Anniversary Retrospective, however, will be on Patreon and will not be on YouTube until my 100th Video Special is published there. Not to go into details with my personal life but I will say it has been a stressful month so far with work, family, and getting content done. I'll keep you all updated on all upcoming videos on the regular so keep it lock here and my social media pages for updates. Thanks for your patience, TribalChild Faithfuls! And FYI, if you haven't become a patron yet, pledging at my Patreon page will help bring out content sooner in the long run. ..As I'm working on the upcoming episode of LOOK WHAT I GOT IN THE MAIL and prepping for my 100th YouTube video, I made a decision to not include any more reaction videos for the ongoing series of TRIBALCHILD TV. The last one I made, REACTION-THON!, was made to hold over my viewers while working on future episodes. Given the fact I've done five reaction videos this season, I wouldn't be fair to have more reaction episodes than the ones I've already planned. With that in mind, any impressions and thoughts for upcoming trailers will be posted in blog form here on this website. I always prefer blogging about trailers rather than doing an impression or reaction video to it. Plus, I still gotta make room for my 100th video on YouTube. This doesn't necessary mean I'll stop doing reaction videos, though, I will make more in the near future because I'm considering a stand alone series only for video reactions. I haven't made a final decision on it yet, but expect to see my reaction videos again in the future. That's all for now. Keep it lock! And F.Y.I. I'm now on PATREON! If you want to see better content from yours truly, become a patron today and get cool shit in return. CLICK HERE TO GO TO ADTC PRODUCTIONS' PATREON PAGENormally, I don't post selfies here or any of the ADTC social media pages. However I'm making an exception just to show you the face of fatigue, exhaustion, from balancing two jobs, making content and have a life. In regards to making content, things are going a lot slower than usually mainly due to working as a cashier during the day and weekends and a general cleaner during weeknights. The lack of sleep and bills piling up to the ceiling isn't helping too much either. Also working Thanksgiving at one job is one thing, but both jobs the day after? Don't ask. With my content going at a pace of a turtle, there will be some major changes with the releases date of some of my upcoming videos. After giving some thought, I've decided to give up on one of my current series. I'm also planning another update video sometime in December. For now, I'm still planning out my 10K Live Stream Special, 100th Video Special, and of course future episodes of TRIBALCHILD TV so keep it lock here for all the latest updates. That's all for now, have a happy and safe Thanksgiving and holiday season. Find and Follow ADTC Productions on…

Somehow, it was a miracle that I manage to release videos this month. Working two jobs has really started to take a toll on my sleep, social life and making content (which explains for the long delay on updating the website).
Given that I work up to 60-ish hours a week for both jobs, content will be coming slower than usual. Using what ever free time I have (or what I can get) I can probably make 2, if not, 3 videos a month. It may be slow for me to release new content at this point, but give or take, it'll be worth the wait. Until then, keep it lock and stay classy, Tribalchild faithfuls! |
